    Both my S1 and S2 are not banned so my game updates I mostly get from Nintendo. The dumps on S1 are mostly from a Russian site. The dumps I use on S2 I 'borrow' from a public library. They've been used by > 4 people I can assure you. Both update fine. Hopefully clears things up for people...
