    Yeah I was able to figure it out. I had to use a homebrew app called JKSM. Everything was transferred The miis and the data for the games

    So I just bought a New 3ds xl from japan since my personal 3ds is pretty beat up and falling apart on me so I wanted to repalce it and I didnt want to pay the price for a US console.
