Thank you for the update.
It works now with your latest version 1.3.31.
About the names:
The in PSSE named Smiling pokes like Pumpkaboo, Gourgeist and Gengar Smiling are actually Spooky, and Sableye Costumed is Spooky too in the game.
I think I found a bug in the latest version 1.3.26.
I have updated the resource files with Extdata from 1.3.30 and wanted to edit the safari pokemon, for example Cubcho Holiday, Pikachu Holiday and the others. Now when I open 1.3.26 and click on Caught on one of the safari pokemons the Skill is...
I have updated the resource files from the games extData 1.3.25 and it works without any problem for me.
PSSE doesn't start when the resource files are not correct.
Maybe something is wrong with your resource files?
The resource files which I have extracted look like:

The latest version of the editor has the ExtData from Shuffle version 1.3.20. The data from version 1.3.21 and 1.3.22 are missing.
You can extract the ExtData from the game yourself.
Supercarotte has written a very good guide how to do it.

According to this site https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Exploits it works. But you need the installer v2.5 to install the version which is 11.1 compatible and this cannot be installed if your 3DS is already at 11.1. You can only install/update it on a 11.0 or lower 3DS.
I think I have found a small bug in the latest version (PSSE 1.3.20). When I edit a save file and click on "Save savedata.bin" I get the prompt where I can choose the file location where the savedata.bin file should be saved. But when I click Cancel on this dialog because I forgot to edit a...
Does anybody know if the upcoming HB exploit in SmileBASIC will work with the update of SmileBASIC, or only with the base version? Or maybe it needs the update?
When I buy SmileBASIC should I update it or wait?
Thanks.
Thanks.
That was it. The small 2 pin connector. I have inserted a foil together with the small ribbon cable into the ZIF connector and the N3DS did power on.
Now after some tests I found out that:
- microphone
- home button
- NFC (amiibo)
were not working.
The usual ZIF connector problem...
Yes, all ribbon cables are connected properly. I don't see any damage.
Maybe; I will try to swap the SD reader with another N3DS.

I cannot test the hardmod because the N3DS immediately turns off after I turn it on. Even when the SD frankenconnector is connected.

Can you please be a...
Hello,
I have sent a new 3DS XL to a guy to do a hardmod.
The N3DS was basically new and I have successfully installed A9LH and Luma3DS following the instructions of Plailect's Guide (https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki) before I sent it for hardmod.
Unfortunately I didn't tell the guy...
I had the same problem on 4 N3DS XL after a hardmod was done (not by me BTW).
The problem is that the ribbon cable from the home button no longer has a good contact in the zif connector.
The zif connector seems to be a common problem on the N3DS. Look like very poor quality to me.
I solved this...
OK, thanks anyway. I am from Europe BTW.
I have now ordered only the ribbon cable from a german eBay seller.
Hopefully this will then be sufficient to repair my N3DS XL.
I think you show a picture of an old 3DS.
I have a new 3DS XL (N3DS).
But I guess I have found the problem.
Look at the attached picture.
I have a small bend in the ribbon cable which goes from the main board to the right button board with the LED assembly.
I think this cannot be repaired.

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much
