    I had sending info through spotpass 'on', and I'm safe. Though I did disable it before connecting to WiFi today, but I'd think the damage would have already been done.

    Same. Afraid to check. Perfectly fine having a schrödinger 3DS for the moment. Probably/possibly because those bans hit while it was night-time in Europe. Not many Europeans play online at 3/4 am.
