    Got it working, I had accidentally selected use 2nd EmuNAND as default -_- Don't really understand how that option works, but when I changed it to 1 it booted normally.

    This might be a dumb question, but is there anyway to get the classic gba startup screen on gpsp? When I start a game it shows the Game Boy Player screen and no sound. I believe this is related to the gba bios so it might not be possible, but thought I'd ask.

    I used the normal sysupdater on my n3ds and was able to downgrade on my first try, after formatting my sd. Maybe I just got lucky, but I think you'll be fine.
