    I have recently switched to Firefox and noticed a bug which wasn't present on Chrome: When clicking a notification and visiting the page it points to, the number on the bell doesn't update on the destination page until I click it again or go to a different page.

    Merged posts still send multiple notifications, which kind of defeats half their point, IMO. Also, I honestly liked the gentle reminder the previous version of this string had (‘Posts merged. Please don't double post!’). Would it be possible to bring it back?

    Yeah, it turns out it was my Razer mouse being too sensitive and/or getting a false positive reading and waking up the computer due to ‘mouse movement.’ I disabled waking the computer up with the mouse and I've never had any issues with it since.
