    sorry for not responding to what the people were asking, i forgot* the page existed, as Dat-Boi said the universal updater you get when jailbreaking your 3ds with luma has the ddlc love app, i updated it on there and then opened it through the homebrew launcher, doing this let me save and load...

    Homebrew [WIP] DDLC-3DS

    I JUST FOUND A SOLUTION, so iwas searching online but dudn't find anything until i saw a reddit thread that said to use the .3dsx and when i checked universal updater i had it, so when i tried booting it up there i didnt need to input my name and when i tried to load my save file IT WORKED. :)
