    Thanks, I'm OK with that. I usually delete the shop channel with AnyTitle deleter anyway So as long as I have the IOS's required by a game, it should play?

    I'm using System Menu 4.0U, and am thinking about downgrading to 3.2U since there isn't a working "Region Free Wii games" hack for 4.0U. So if I downgrade to 3.2U, install preloader, use the "skip disk updates" hack, and keep all the 4.0 IOS's installed, will I be able to play all Wii games...

    It looks like that guide is for people who didn't have cIOS installed before updating. If you already have cIOS installed, then you can just run cIOS downgrader. You could also do it with AnyRegion Changer
