    Heya! I was trying to set up for a card show and upload images from my PC into the 3DS app and it can't see a PNG file and converting it to a .raw file ended up as pure static being shown, the system for adding in new entries via the PC is also quite convoluted at the moment with odd spacing...

    How do the messages get sent/recieved? is this utalizing LoRa or streetpass to keep things private and secure? would this work even offline through systems like Reticulum and Meshtastic?

    you make some extremely good points there! nintendo probably would not reinvent the wheel which has me wondering how exactly their system works, and your right that the range wouldn't be the most impressive unless it could daily chain off of other devices to send its messages...

    I don't have all the info myself but it seems it can also run via local WiFi's and bluetooth (reticulum makes a good bridge according to this video) also the Wiki page wasn't made by the 3DS devs so we aren't 100% sure how it works unless we look into these things ourselves, I was convinced...
