    I got the same problem. Because, the game is not realeased on America and if he's using an emunand like me, we cant update the game from USA e-shop. I think is not a announcement, is more like asking for help.

    I got the same problem too.. got win7-32 bits. but AMP Save Editor.exe gives error at launching
