    Are there any known cases of someone running a game they downloaded and having their hardware damaged? I remember a fake SX-OS crack bricking Switches.

    Tinfoil warned me that a game I want to install contains unsigned code. Is it normal for games downloaded online to have unsigned code? To my understanding, someone can produce a fake game which bricks the screen or burns all the e-fuses. Is it worth testing the game using YUZU first?

    I found someone who installed it for me. He charged a lot, especially considering I supplied the (mostly intact) modchip and thermal paste. He knows that I can't to it myself or find someone else so he can get away with charging a lot. He did a good job though. Some of the mobile repair chain...

    So is there any reason to install the previous version on the SX-Lite instead of this? I have not installed any version of Spacecraft-NX yet.

    I don't have access to a multimeter right now but if they are shorted am I screwed? Do the cloned chips on Taobao I've heard about work? At this stage I think it's best to ask a phone repair man to install it for me but if the chip itself is broken then I'm wasting my money on his services.

    Prevent your username from being your password

    When I signed up I used my username as my password because it's easy to remember. I don't care if this account gets hacked but it seems like a security oversight allowing such a weak password. I changed my password before making this thread.
