    Don't know if you already figured this out or not... Once it's open in visual studio, expand the properties thing in solution view/list and select all the .resx files, right click and click run custom tool....it generates the resource designer files. and it should build then. :)

    i got metal slug 5 (only one i tried so far) working fine with the fbalpha neogeo core... import the game to hakchi > select import as archive then change the commandline to /bin/neo instead of /bin/zip and sync. done.

    No i put sfc games (drag and dropped them on hakchi) and hakchi converts them to sfrom and 7zip's them, then i synced them with the snes and they work.     the snes mini can indeed read 7z files. i added a couple of games earlier with hakchi rc2 without changing anything myself other than dropping the game on hakchi and syncing it to the snes. works for me. :)

    With rc2 it still 7zip's them with snes system selected too AND they work, gzip not needed at all from what i can see.

    Easy! :) Copy the Decrypt9UI.bin to /luma/payloads folder named as x_Decrypt9UI.bin (and also make sure the D9UI folder is on sd root as well, that's the menu graphics). Then just hold X and turn the 3ds on and it boots to D9. :)

    The real question is, why are you using anything related to rxtools at all when there's a perfectly simple and better way to generate you own? :P
