    Damn so I was finally able to fix it, someone on discord told me to connect my micro sd card into my pc and just click on “disc check” and that was all. Very weird how this all happened for downloading a dlc from pkgi. I appreciate it.

    UPDATE: so I decided to remove the sd2vita and vita memoery card and turn on the vita that way. Now the hacking apps appeared. Vita shell, henkaku, enso. They are all back.
