i think i3-4005U could get 60fps at most area if you lower the resolution. i've done some research about hardware decoding, it only gain a little to nothing with a lot more complex code for hardware decoding. if you curious about it, you can try with raspberry with MMAL hardware decoding. usb...- Shadow-wizzard
