    Your console doesn't seems to be "hacked". It has to be if you want to install non-legits cias. So yes, it will work better.

    If you want to save your bandwidth you can extract the game as .cia with decrypt9. EDIT: Whoops, too slow. Easier with Hourglass9 tho.

    Install BootNTRSelector-FONZD-Banner.cia. I never tried the other. Here is a QR code if you want to install the cia with the remote installer of FBI. Should works.

    I finally tried on another computer. Same problem, but only NTRView drops on my laptop. Not OBS. Same result anyway.

    Exactly. NTR drops only when I begin streaming. I will try on my laptop. I can add that I upload via 4G and get 3DS video via my provider's box. So I don't think it's a problem due to an overloaded network.

    NTR View monitor shows the number of dropped frames, not just OBS. I don't know if this information is pointless or not ^^'.

    I can record with 100% quality and no drop with OBS, but I have a lot of drops when I try to stream... My upload speed is adequate and Twitch inspector says everything is OK. Any idea ? I don't understand. Maybe something wrong with my local network.
