    Probably you are not restoring it properly. You need to use JKSV in 'full' mode, to do this press R and load any game without stopping pressing. After a few seconds, Homebrew menu will launch and then you can inject the save file with JSKV in the 'Device' section.

The only offline way I know to transfer a save if only with ACNH Nintendo's island transfer tool and It's only this specific game save (and you can only do this ONCE with the same save), but i'ts something.
