    Thank you for the prompt reply. I meant going online with injected villagers using only the villager file and house file. Do I or anyone that takes a villager I injected following the directions and files on the first post safe? I've used NHSE saves online but I don't do much with it.

    I understand that there's always a risk when using modified data online, but is this "safe" for online play? For example filing a dreamy request for a friend? Are there any flags I should consider? Thanks!

    This is a relief, I was getting paranoid. I use Edizon to spawn items offline, then I turn off cheats before going online. It sounds like I'm ok. I do use NSHE to clean up weeds and to force villagers out. Does that seem ok? I understand there are no guarantees.

    Is it safe to install sigpatches if I want to play online? When I try to open the album for home brew or when I hold R and open a game the OS crashes. I've made sure my homebrew everything is up to date, but I haven't installed sigpatches. I'm using a game cart and don't have any NSPs.

    Thank you for the prompt response. I would really only use the "chat to item 1" cheat. That was my main ban concern, the idea is to be able to visit friends and give them items they need/want.
