I renamed ios.img to boot1now.img as suggested. New behavior: after the countdown, a blue blinking LED appeared immediately without any button press, and stayed like that for 10+ minutes. Console did not turn off. On next boot without Pico, still... -

The other log you shared was from a problem with the Disc Drive, not related to this. Are you booting the correct option in minute (the second one) and have the rednand.ini exactly as in the guide?
