    Hacking Missing CBHC menu

    Hey guys, Haven't used my modded wii u in months, and when i tried it on today, i noticed that the black screen saying "cbhc boot" or something like that is missing. I can't get into the boot menu also... Homebrew channel gives a 199-9999 error. Mario Kart 8 doesn't start because of an error...
