You won't be able to install any nsp files if you don't have the correct patches applied, that error message is basically telling you that you don't have them installed or enabled. Enable them in sys-patch then reboot your switch. -

As far as I know, this thread is no longer maintained by OP because the tool that was used to make those patches is no longer maintained (at least not publicly). Some users are still providing sigpatches for others, latest ones should be here...

both sys-patch 1.6.0 and 1.6.1 supports firmware versions from 1.0.0 to 22.1.0 and atmosphere 1.11.1 just fine.
