    Download the R4cce YASU cheat editor and open your cheat.dat preferably the one from gbatemp scroll down to pokemon black/white E/U for each or either of them click the "..." where their game id is and look for the .nds file of that game (on your micro sd) after go to file and hit save

    I know how to change battle graphics and what not. I just don't know how to change the title screen for the game. Is there a different program I need and what file in the rom would I have to look for to be able to change the title screen graphic? If there's a thread about how to do this please...
