    you could try preloader, (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Preloader) install it. Then copy the codes from your region and paste them into notepad. save it as hacks.ini and copy the hacks.ini to the root of your SD card. then start your wii again and go to systemmenu hacks, and enable the update hacks...

    try this http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=133557 but make a backup with bootmii first! (install it as boot2) you can backup your saves, i don't know for dlc. but if you format your wii you'll have probably the same issues. scroll down a bit and read Wiipower's post!

    go to start --> regedit --> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Spooler --> double-click on Depend On Service and change the value to RPCSS. close regedit and restart your PC. succes!
