    I had a similar issue just a week or two ago. Double, triple check your files are correct and present. My screw up was that I used a new version and didn't read the top requrements that clearly states "A previous release of SafeA9LHInstaller"

    If your acekard is still showing Danny Phantom's face then that means that you are on an old firmware (not akaio). You will have to find a ds that works with your Acekard and update the firmware.
