Update -added experimental cursor shadow color option, still working on this, but working -added some themes - total themes available - 385 -updated server php to 8.5.5

so from a suggestion from @Ripster i have a poll going as to add the option of allowing users to choose the shadow color on the cursor. I have looked into it and it will be easy to implement. So what are everyone's thoughts????

Ripster replied to the thread Wii Themer.org.Hi @scooby74029 The Dark Umbra V1 theme logo "Dark Umbra" when starting the Wii seems off. For some reason it stays original but x2 size. Can you look into it? Also if it's possible to make the same Dark Blue outline color on the pointer instead...
