    Thanks. Is there a fast way to basically copy everything (games, saves, etc) from the old one to the new one? In fact, if I could just use the old 3ds' SD for the new one, that would be perfect (it's a micro in an adapter).

    Yes. But I'm not sure what kind of saves these are or how to import them - they were just on the root of the SD with all the other GW saves. I remember I completed one of the Oracles and linked it to the other, so I was hoping to import if possible, but it's not something I'm losing sleep over.
