    CFA could be unpack using 3dstool. 3dstool -xvtf cfa 1.cfa --header cfa.header --romfs romfs.bin
    DownloadPlay can also be unpacked this way.
    If you need to pack it back, just change "-xvtf" to "-cvtf" and use another name to replace "1.cfa".

    So you've done the extraction? However i can't deal with those .arc files, nor its contents. I'd only replaced one JPN title manual romfs with another, and this worked.
