ROM Hack Pokémon Nova Sun & Umbra Moon: Fully-featured, challenging Sun/Moon ROMhacks!

No. I'm just using a gateway card to either install .cias or use .3ds on the red card. But if by removing the Shop.cro from the rom patcher I can keep all the rest then I can do without the changes in the in-game shops..

ROM Hack Pokémon Nova Sun & Umbra Moon: Fully-featured, challenging Sun/Moon ROMhacks!

So I have to remove the files for the custom marts from the patcher, rebuild the .cia and re-install it and see if it worked?

ROM Hack Pokémon Nova Sun & Umbra Moon: Fully-featured, challenging Sun/Moon ROMhacks!

On 3ds the game froze when I tried to buy items in the first pokecenter. The music goes on, but the game is frozen. Anyone having the same issue?

ROM Hack Pokémon Nova Sun & Umbra Moon: Fully-featured, challenging Sun/Moon ROMhacks!

Ok, seems I made it work by installing a rebuilt .cia using FBI network installing and socketpunch on my pc. Hope the game doesn't crash after character creation XD.

ROM Hack Pokémon Nova Sun & Umbra Moon: Fully-featured, challenging Sun/Moon ROMhacks!

Ok, I got that, but how can I work around the fat32 limitations on file dimensions? The old3ds can read only sd cards formatted in fat32 and I can't put the rom to encrypt in there, neither I can save the encrypted rom on the sd.

ROM Hack Pokémon Nova Sun & Umbra Moon: Fully-featured, challenging Sun/Moon ROMhacks!

I'm trying to patch a .3ds rom to use for my Gateway card on an o3ds. I managed to patch a decryptrd .3ds file and it runs on Citra, but when I try to rebuild the rom with "3ds builder" I get a .3ds file that can be loaded on my o3ds (I see the Nova Sun logo when I load the rom in the main menu)...

Homebrew [WIP] PHBank - Pokémon Homebrew Bank

On page 64 and 65 there is a part of the discussion on the possibility to have it compatible with gen7 and for what I understood it boils down to: depends on how Gen7 saves work. That is, we don't know if a PHbank is possible until Gen7 games are out.

Homebrew [WIP] PHBank - Pokémon Homebrew Bank

Are there any plans to make this compatible also with Gen7 after the games are released? Since probably the only way to get old forms of some pokes will be to transfer them from previous gens. Anyway, awesome work! Sorry if it has already been asked, but I couldn't find it in the latest pages...

Hacking Community Pokemon Omega Ruby save with Eon Ticket StreetPassed onto it

It enables an event that allows you to catch the other Lati@s in the game (the one that you do not recieve during the story mode).

Hacking Community Pokemon Omega Ruby save with Eon Ticket StreetPassed onto it

Tried now with an US rom and it worked! EDIT: imported the community sav, not the decrypted one. EDIT2: I kept both 3ds in sleep mode while the game was active on both (just to be sure) and removed any other streetpass option different from the one for pokemon ORAS. The buzznav said to go to a...

Hacking Community Pokemon Omega Ruby save with Eon Ticket StreetPassed onto it

Also tried to use the decrypted save and savedatafiler gives me this error: Level: -7 Summary: 4 Module: 17 Desc: 561 And as noob as I am, I have no idea what it means. (never occurred with other save dumps I did with savedatafiler) EDIT: downloading now an US rom... May be that will work.

Hacking Community Pokemon Omega Ruby save with Eon Ticket StreetPassed onto it

Same here. Downloaded the save, put the save in the rom, streetpassed to my original version and it didn't work. All I got were news updates on the buzznav and nothing else. I'm using a japanese region rom for the save and an european original game, both at game version 1.1 and streetpass is...

Hacking Pokemon X&Y flashcard community saves

As far as I know it is encrypted. To have a decrypted save file you need to extract it from the rom with the savedatafiler application.

Hacking Pokemon X&Y flashcard community saves

It is possible to edit the save files extracted from a rom of ORAS games with PKHex much like the XY saves now (if you extract them from a gateway cart with a built in savedatafiler) still the ORAS version of PKHex ins in beta stage...

Hacking Pokemon X&Y flashcard community saves

Alessandro98 If you look in the previous pages of this thread you will see some "endgame community saves" or something like that, those are saves done just after beating the elite4 and in Kiloude city (the city you can go to after you beat the main game).

@SylverReZ, atleast wiimmfii went fine although people only use it for Mario kart Wii
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
At least if they ban you for cheating, get another Wii. They're cheap as chips.

Remember when RiiShop was a thing?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
    not really
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
It got shutdown because somebody "accidentally" leaked the database for the amount of people using the beta.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
RiiShop is the laziest way of downloading Wii games. Did somebody not think of this through?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, I think you're talking about the recovery mode that the SaveMii used, and also was to restore softbricked systems.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    Brb
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, Oh yeah, that was a thing too. Dolphin does support Wiimmfi.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah you just need to put your NAND backup with wiimmfi on it
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
ngl i feel like if a bunch of my friends have wiis and know how to get wiimmfi and back up their NAND, then we could do a PMEX Remix tournament
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
maybe even add UMVC3/DBFZ and make it a biathlon/triathlon
