    I already played around with app.db and got rid of some things, didn't mess with the order though. No issues so far. But i could find items from the bottom (games) row. I couldnt find anything from the top one, ps+, events, profile, settings, etc

    I really can't see how rest mode would cause such a thing.... - Forget about powering on with the controller, as after a crash/kp, the system automatically goes into a sort of safe mode so it can check the hdd, filesystem, etc. You then have to pair the controller using the usb cable to get it...
