    I will try to give them a call tomorrow. Can you sort of let me know what all you had to provide them? All I have is my email correspondence with eBay support and a copy of my invoice from eBay. Will I need to provide them this information?

    Hey thanks for the quick reply. You mentioned an app that can be used directly on the console to pull the console Id? Is the only way to install that app is to have the SX Lite chip?
