    Unlikely, but what does it matter if they do. Go online. If you get banned, you buy a new 3DS and go legit. No worries about getting a 4.5, you can just pick one up anywhere for $179. If you bought a Gateway you have thousands of dollars worth of 3DS games for around $100 investment...

    Might be an idea to try and buy an unneeded blue card from someone. Must be tons of people who already had viable DS cards when they bought their Gateway. I suppose not really worth the hassle when you can just buy a R4 clone for $10 online.

    I have this ..... fantasy where they make another one of these games, but with Rockband type music. I mean don't get me wrong I love old FF game music, but would be so nice to play the same game but with rock/rap/etc.

    I've tried about every english game released for the 3DS. CCI trimmed them all apart from Pokemon and AC. All worked perfectly. No need to test at this point really. If you only CCI (game partition) trim, they all work fine.

    I've bought 2 of the Mario Kart 7 preloaded bundle, and they were both on 4.2 when I opened the box. Updated them to 4.5 with my DKCR cart.

    Same, the original 3DS was just a bit too cramped. Its strange though because the dimensions aren't to far from a DS Lite, and that never hurt my hands.

    Me and my friend have Mario Kart XLs. It has no special design, it's just blue and comes with Mario Kart 7 preloaded. Was on 4.1 or 4.2 when we got them.

    I've been using the hacked Wood 1.62 on my blue card, haven't run into a game that has not worked yet. If you just want to play NDS games, the blue card with this or the original hack installed is perfectly fine.

    You can't supertrim Pokemon or Animal Crossing because the save is stored in the actual rom on your micro sd card, not the SD card like other 3DS games. I've CCI trimmed every USA rom and they all work if you CCI trim only. There is no gamble. Don't trim Pokemon,don't trim animal crossing, CCI...

    I'm wondering this too. I'm also wondering what games would need to be split. The biggest game I have seen is Bravely Default, but that is only 3.3 GB CCI trimmed. Any games bigger than that so far, or is this just something we may need in the future?

    Well I finished Dream Team without running in to any bugs. Pokemon, I don't play (tragic I know). The extra content sounds good though. Guess I will do it at some point in the future.
