    The unpatched rom works perfectly fine with your footer, just the patched one is the one with problems. Could it be something with how the footer is set up?

    I used the Fire Red Squirrels dump from emuparadise. I've played Vega in an emulator and it plays as normal.

    It didn't work. I changed the hex values and used your header but the game still plays the the opening before the title screen and then hangs there at a black screen right after it.

    I tried converting Pokemon Vega, a Fire Red rom hack, into a cia however when I actually load the game it hangs at a black screen before the title screen is supposed to be there.

    Hacking {{N3ds users ONLY}} post your results if you are going to downgrade.

    Successfully downgraded my N3DSXL with Ironhax on 10.3. I force quit out of FTP-3DS before loading sysupdater and it went through with the auto boot in the end. I also didn't have menuhax installed if that attributes to anything.
