    I just tested Super Mario Sunshine on DM 2.2. I waited 15 minutes in a level before getting a shine, and...it works! No more spindown for me. Thanks to whoever was responsible for this to happen!

    "Drive update not applicable", it says. The 2nd option looks like a hassle so I won't bother :\ Just fyi It says 80h in CrystalDiscInfo under APM settings, which means my drive shouldn't have any idling issues.

    Will later versions of DM eventually take care of HDDs that go idle after a certain period of inactivity in-game? I've never had this problem with Wii games.

    I have a similar problem too. As soon as I get a Shine, the game gives me an error message and I cannot save. I use a WD passport. Is this something that can be rectified?
