    It's not the same thing. Pokemon being available doesn't mean items are. If the unlock all item code doesn't work, then the stones aren't in the game yet as that code should put every item that currently exists into your bag

    Piracy aside, using an emulator means you have the easiest way to downgrade the game version lol. You can pick and choose which updates to use. The same way you got them to begin with

    I think you just didn't understand what I was saying. The poster was saying that they WANTED level caps to prevent over-leveling. I was letting them know that the mechanics to be able to implement that, as well as the mechanics for obedience as mentioned elsewhere, are both handled in the games lua.
