    It'spretty simple. Just hold the power button for long time. Then stopp and press again for looong time. Sould turn off then. And if that doesn't work, just take the akku out. :D

    Yeah, Ig you just can update 3ds games in the right eshop. So for example, a USA mario maker, just in a USA eshop. If u are on an other eshop, yu can get the update file easely in the internet and update the game over fbi. Even if it's made region free (correct me if I'm wrong)

    If you are not able to update (happens sometimes with modded 3ds), simply go to FBI, then to tickets and choose: Delet all unused tickets, then it should work. (But normaly it also works without, I just had this with ssb3DS)
