    Same problem here with a japanese wiiu also. As stated above there is no way to change the system language, maybe the title for it are not even present. we have to wait for a way to spoof the system language!

    first try to boot without the microsd Card, if it's still black or white then it's bricked.

    FYI, delete the faulty cia it's not needed after downgrade and install the other cias. If you have a black screen when booting on the emunand proceed with this : Worked great for me too.

    On Sysnand+CFWPasta you can do the same as emunand, It's just that if something fail you could brick your n3ds and wish you were on Emunand.

    After a 100 times of trying to get passed the #8 steps with the Last julian20 build. I've decided to format the n3DS. After that i've launched browserhax, FTbrowny (for luck), and sysUpdater et voila it worked fllawlessly.

    I've tried like 30 time but still stuck at #7 or 8# last julian build (n3ds EUR 10.3 using OOTHAX, MenuHAx, BrowserHax, Ninjhax). i guess i'm not in luck today.
