    Maybe this is part of another scheme. "We will now be releasing the 3DS un-bricker app for the Nintendo Wii U system."

    It's not illegal- the "I accept" is legally binding and you're only supposed to click it if you're over 18. By the way, I'm not trolling. I am new, but I joined because it seemed like nobody else was noticing this.

    It say "will", not "may". This doesn't look like the usual scare to me, and I don't think it was in older updates.
