    Hey, new update about this. We tried the solutions @TurdPooCharger gave us and none of them appeared to work. However, we were able to fix it by moving the Nintendo 3DS folder out of the SD Card and after that he was able to install games and such. So, thank you so much for helping!

    Well, not that much since all of his games and CFW apps don't appear there. Only cartdridge games and games that are in the NAND. Also, the theme he selected with Anemone3DS still appears. Here is a pic of the home menu.

    We checked in the Activity Log and it said 85 games played. Probably this isn't the best way to check it but that was what I thought.

    They are showing as fully installed, except for one, a demo of Mario Party Rush or something like that, he deleted it though.

    I'm back from trying a lot of stuff. First, we checked two SD cards with h2testw, both were fine; and also used the copier you sent. It still doesn't show the games and FBI can't install nothing, so I think the issue is not a corrupted file or SD card. And second, we haven't tried the other...

    The only tool I remember using for making save files backups was Checkpoint, and it cannot be installed because FBI will give an error.

    Good question. The games do appear in Titles in FBI and also in the System Settings app, but they're not in the Home Menu.

    The backup was made when I first hacked the console, before adding anything, so yeah, he'd lose pretty much every game. Would saving the folders inside "title" in the Nintendo 3DS folder be enough? I mean the game folders, which have the save files too.

    Yeah, he does have a backup. I made sure to do it when I hacked his console. But, doing that wouldn't make him lose all the save files of the games he had?

    Well, nothing yet. I haven't found any way to install a .cia. It just doesn't show the file as a .cia, so it can't be installed. No, it's FBI 1.4, because he wants to use it with SocketPunch. Either way it doesn't show any .cia game or homebrew as a .cia, it shows it as an "Archive".
