    No sorry he have lot of work. At first time he doesnt want to make cia file for purgification. He only needs what you do convert to bin files and he will compile the .cia. We will find how to do dont worry

    I think you can do that with 3DS Banner Maker. But i dont know how to do sorry. I hope someone will tell us how you can convert to bin files.
