    I press the button on the application first. It then gives me instructions.. I plug the unit in, hold reset, and press power. As soon as the Instruction screen disappears LET GO.. Then Unplug at end of each step. Start fresh with a hakchi2.zip ... Try Contra in place of BattleToads

    I was having same problems. Try unzipping hakchi2 freshly, ensure firewall/defender is off in System Control Panels. And make sure your not over-holding the reset button.. that was my problem all last night.. After each step Turn off Power, Unplug, repeat.... The software worked flawlessly...

    Wolf123rt, I believe Cluster has the talent to obscure a virus if he decided to include one. I mean even I have a YouTube video touching on how to do that! In turn, he took the time to code us up a great working tool; Windows Defender is garbage; Stop being scary!!

    I have official gotten the application to work. Pointers for those who have same trouble as me: Use the Application BEFORE plugging the NES Mini in. Press Dump Kernel/Patch Kernel/Add Games.. THEN follow instructions on screen.. As soon as the directions disappear, LET GO OF THE RESET...

    Thanks for the tool! I have been playing with it all night with no success. Proper driver are installed in the Windows 7 environment as verified by Zadig Utility. Follow the steps, but, when flashing the device boots itself up to the main menu as indicated by other users. .Net 3.5 Installed...
