I doubt it's the display cable since I am pretty sure I havn't touched it when I was double checking the home button cable. Anyways, I've created a new thread over there in the hardware section: http://gbatemp.net/threads/n3ds-doesnt-power-up-at-all.383836/ I'd appreaciate any feedback.- Potatochip

Hardware N3DS doesn't power up at all
I opened up N3DS (normal) and was looking into the nand mod, but in the end decided to leave it as it is. I reassembled the device. It worked fine except for the home button. So I've opened the device again to make sure everything was connected properly. Disconnected the ribbon cable of the home...- Potatochip

Guys, don't wanna derail this thread, but since it's kinda related to the last few post.... My japanese nn3ds somehow just died on me. Doesnt turn on anymore. It just charges the battery. I opened it up and checked with a multimeter but cannot find any burned fuses or broken cables so far. Now...- Potatochip

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
