Game Boy Color front lit mod

It's just a platform like ebay, so the same precautions should be taken. However, given that it's based in asia, it's definitely much riskier. I've got two of those screens ordered. Here's hoping they arrive. I'll be sure to update once everything's together.

Game Boy Color front lit mod

I'm thinking of modding a GBC with a front-lit screen. It seems best to take the light from a AGS-001 GBA SP, but I don't have a broken one and am looking to spend as little as possible. The 47 ohm resistors are dirt cheap, as is a tri-wing screwdriver. I'm not entirely sure what wiring I should...

For eshop games, you only get 10 coins for a post-play survey, which you can hold off for months on completing.

Gaming I haven't been following the DS at all

If you only buy one DS game ever, make it The World Ends With You

Gaming What's your favorite DS SHMUP?

As far as traditional space shooters, I'd agree with NanoStray 2. Bangai-O is also excellent, but not strictly a schmup. If we're counting DSiWare, Metal Torrent is a decent one. It's currently being offered as a club nintendo reward.

    Gaming anime based rpg

So you're looking for rpgs with an anime-esque storyline and characters but not necessarily a licensed game? You might enjoy Super Robot Taisen: OG Saga in that case. It's got a lot of humor weaved into it.

    Favourite Book?

House of Leaves. Give it 30 mins or so. You're welcome.

    Gaming Best RPG?!

Others have said it, but play The World Ends With You if it looks at all interesting to you. Knights in the Nightmare is also fantastic, and I hold it up there with TWEWY in terms of depth of gameplay and overall quality. The Shin Megami Tensei games are all top notch RPGs and a good challenge.

    Gaming Dungeon Explorer

I was pretty hooked on it until the pyramid. I couldn't make it past the third or forth floor, and no matter where I chose to grind the exp rate was painfully low. Lost my motivation after that.

Gaming Looking challenging and difficult DS games

Elite Beat Agents if you've got rhythm. It's brutally hard at times but you'll keep picking it back up. Retro Game Challenge is all about classic hardcore challenge.. Great for retro game lovers. Nanostray 2 is a tighly designed schmup that is comparable to Gradius in difficulty I'd say. Contra...

Any idea what they cost? If they're significantly cheaper I could see it being worth it.

Gaming 3d rpgs or mmos for ds

Solatorobo. It's not a difficult game by any means (I didn't die once) but it's very enjoyable none the less. If you're a fan of atmosphere and a good story, this is right up your alley. This game is to the DS as Miyazaki films are to anime.

Gaming Single Card Play Recommendation Thread

The NSMB minigame where you try go get 3 or 5 stars before your opponent is a hell of a lot of fun and surprisingly deep.

Gaming out of the ds gaming loop

Adventure Time was recently released for both the DS and 3DS. Even if you don't like the show, it'll appeal to fans of retro games, particularly Zelda. There's also Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 if you're into grid-based strategy RPGs with a great story, and Solatorobo: Red the Hunter...
