I have cfw on 11.7 through Seedminer- I installed a CIA (it was a GBA emulator or something) and on restart, all my FBI-installed titles were gone.
Trying to reinstall (by setting a default Nintendo title to Homebrew -> FBI) through FBI gives result code 0xC8A0802B (Database does not exist)...
