I just put all of my homebrew (aka a WAD file, a patcher and CTGP-R) in there and it still doesn't detect anything except the patcher, and when I open the CTGP-R channel, it doesn't detect the CTGP-R folder unless I put it on the root of my SD card.
After getting CTGP-R via Homebrew, I didn't visit the Homebrew channel since. I decided to try to get RiiConnect24 today (which requires Homebrew channel), and my homebrew stuff doesn't show anymore! Here is a pic of my SD card.
I got both. I tried to get CTGP-R via homebrew, but when I open the homebrew channel I don't see anything except the background of the homebrew channel. Am I doing it right? http://imgur.com/a/YeLdQ
I feel stupid now.
Anyways, it worked, thanks! Will test it out sometime this week. (My Wii is connected to the living room and my little sister watches cartoons there 24/7, so It's hard to find a time to test it out)
Is this correct? wilbrand 00:24:44:f8:6e:68 11/24/2016 4.3e F:\
I typed this in but I get "'wilbrand' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

I just did this, but when I click on "Create exploit !" It literally removes wiibrand.exe and gives an error saying "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. Error downloading 'wiibrand.exe' from 'googlecode.com'"

I am NOT using a Wii U
Can you explain why this is the case? Also, how do you get install Wilbrand? Also, does this change the way you need to install the ctgp-r channel as well?
