    so it turns out I am not banned but I tried to restore the switch back to factory settings and reinstall the cfw but the error still occurs and when i get out of cfw and boot up my switch normally it always deletes my games and i have to redownload them

    But tinfoil isnt working because i cannot connect to a server auto like my wifi is fine, but when i go to test con connection it says there is no response from server.

    So just to get this right while in cfw the switch is essentially banned but if just starting the switch up regularly it isnt? Cause I can play and access the internet in normal mode just not in cfw.
