Pokemon Infinite Fusion sequel announced, set in Hoenn region with more than 70 new Pokemon

God I wish Pokemon Essentials would become a RPG Maker MZ or even better, a Godot thing. I want to enjoy those fangames, but when the native resolution of the game is 480p with the wreird jank and unstability of good old old RPG Maker XP it's a bit hard to truly enjoy it.

Sony appears to have raised refurbished PS5 Slim prices by $100 on PlayStation Direct

Good thing "For the Players" isn't their slogan anymore.

Valve unveils three new hardware products with the new Steam Controller, Steam Frame and Steam Machine

While my interest in the Gabecube™ is low due to it being mostly a low-mid range PC in a small form factor (Which they mentioned in an interview as being priced higher than console as it's a PC.), the other two hardware bits are appealing. First is a second generation Steam Controller which...

'Spellcasters Chronicles', Quantic Dream's first multiplayer game, revealed

If it's a MOBA, of course it'll be Free-To-Play, dunno why would people expect a MOBA to be a paid title, while it's a genre that needs a playerbase in order for the game to even be playable. If you put a price tag on a game of the genre, it could easily die due to lack of players after initial...

Xbox Game Pass increases in price, changes made to subscription tiers

I used to pick a month of game pass from time to time to play some new releases from time to time, it was a pretty great deal, at 12 bucks. That's how I discovered some gems and got to play some games I couldn't fully afford on day of release. At 17 bucks though it stars to become a bit steep...

Electronic Arts has been bought out for $55 billion, company will be going private

As much as I hate EA overall, here's some good games they published/made that are not super old: - Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order - It Takes Two - Split Fiction - The Dead Space Remake

ROG Xbox Ally X price confirmed to be $999.99

Fairly priced considering what's inside and the form factor to be honest. If you want the ROG Ally X, that is. Their cheaper model isn't really worth it if you compare it to a Deck. Although... As much as I love my Steam Deck (Outside of the terrible screen... Early LCD models. :<), its...

Palworld is getting a farming sim spinoff game called Palfarm

I pity the Nintendo bootlickers that never touched a non-Nintendo game in their lives (apparently including third party games on Nintendo consoles...), because of all the things people could compare Palfarm to, they choose two very far-fetched ones. Honestly you might have to get your eyes...

Palworld is getting a farming sim spinoff game called Palfarm

Reasons I'm calling it a DQBuilders spin-off is because: - Koei Tecmo are the developers. They made DQBuilders. - It very likely run the same engine. The visuals alone have the DQBuilders vibe (Although with a cute Pokemon twist, I'll admit I'm fond of the aesthetic.) - Mechanics from DQBuilders...

Palworld is getting a farming sim spinoff game called Palfarm

Animal Crossing didn't invent cozy games. And isn't a farming sim either. What is it with people comparing everything to it recently? First Pokopia gets compared to it while it's clearly a DQBuilders Spin-Off, now this lol Still waiting for a Pokemon game remotely like this. This whole...

Former Capcom employee defends Nintendo's Game-Key Cards, says it protects the industry

Once Crapcom minded, always Crapcom minded. Reminder that Crapcom are the guys adding a second layer of DRM and anti-tempering (Which is so terribly implemented it destroys performance half the time) in their games on PC because they're mad that people mod their games or pirate the 70-100 bucks...

    Nintendo Direct - September 12, 2025 - Metroid Prime 4: Beyond launches December 4

Pokopia might be worth keeping an eye on. It's a Koei Tecmo game, and from the footage it's somewhat a successor to their Dragon Quest Builders games. Dragon Quest Builders 2 in particular was extra good, so this game might actually turn out to be decent.
