    Hacking Homebrew Is there anyway to get past this stupid screen without paring a gamepad

    No file extension, just 'skipUpdateWarn'. For example you could create a text file in Windows and then remove the .txt extension from the end.

    Turned on my system with the internet off (it was off from last time I played), turned off the setting and then connected to the internet. Banned. Last time I connected was a few weeks ago.

    Homebrew UPDATE: Regarding the recent 3DS banwave

    Just got banned. Only thing that I can think of that triggered it was having Pokemon. Spotpass data sending bs was off, haven't played online in like 2 years, etc.
