UPDATE: I deleted and redownload MPT, and that literally fixed my problem. I didn't think such a glitch could be possible if the game was being emulated officially, and the solution would be to re-download the game. I booted up MPT for the first time since installing CBHC on my Wii U, and I'm worried the installation has messed up my game.
