    Once the fuses are blown, that's that. You can't revert the fuses and I'm fairly sure downgrading will cause issues with that (mostly regarding gamecarts). I'll let someone more knowledgeable comment to be sure, but I'd say the answer is Yes, but not without issues.

    Yes, ES patches are being tested I hear, but we may need to wait until full atmosphere release. There is no point in doing all patches when it is only pre-release so far as new ones will be needed when 0.16 is full release. So we just wait :)
