    Is there a mod/hack or anything that makes edits to the files for Pokemon Ultra Moon for Citra that allows for unlimited EV/IV's and straight up stat edits to specific pokemon you own ? I know about PKHaX which edits the EV's and IV's and stats, BUT they revert back to normal after 1 battle...

    It was easy to bypass some of the restrictions, as one of the admins left a registry key in the administrative shares drive, which allowed me to get around the blocking of some sites.
