Hacking ANNOUNCING: GATEWAY 2.1 "OMEGA" PUBLIC RELEASE
You have to reformat your SD card to FAT32 or exFat (Recommended), drag your games to root of SD card, insert Gateway with this card and press select on your 3DS to bring up the multirom menu. You don't need to use win32diskimager anymore.- Piva

Another question, I need to have the emunand partition to play? Because when I bought gateway I do not update the emunand, I stopped after the launcher.dat copy to SD.- Piva

Hey guys, I looked at http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/3DS_flashcarts_game_compatibility#Game_Incompatibility and did not quite understand if Bravely Default (U) and Zelda ROMS are working on Gateway 2.0b2. I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1
